Hello Everyone,

I am facing one strange issue. In our site, we are using PTA authentication to access the custhelp.com pages. When the Incident is resolved, we are sending the resolved notification to the user's email along with the Survey link. This link was able to accessed before the upgarde (Feb 2014).  Recently our RNT has upgraded to newest version (Nov 2015) from that time onward users are unable to access the Survey link. Any one faced this kind of issue ?? Please suggest me the best solution to overcome this issue. Any small help it would be great !!!
