WorkspaceAddin Error 'The Incident is not yet loaded, not yet saved, or user is in Design Mode....

Hi All,

I have created a workspace addin, which renders a webpage once the integration is successful. The Addin is working perfectly on my laptop, and there is no issues, rendering the page. But the same addin give the message 'The Incident is not yet loaded, not yet saved, or user is in Design Mode. Documents Cloud folder will not be loaded.' on other laptops. The integration is working perfectly on all systems, as I can see the fields getting populated with response. The testing  Profiles and the Workspace have all the necessary permissions. Can anyone help me on this?
