Combine Deliver to Percent of Audience and Recurrence

I have created a survey that I want to send out to 100,000 individuals. Our call center has asked that we only send out 10,000 per day because they want to limit the number of potential calls that might come in to the call center. 

I am thinking of doing the following, and want to know if after 10 days, all of the individuals will have been sent a survey. 

Audience Tab

Limit deliver to 10 percent of audience. 

Exclude from audience if previously sent

Delivery Tab

Set up a recurrence to send every day for the next 10 days. 

If this works, it will make my life much easier because it will allow me to get all the results back in a single survey rather than having to create 10 surveys that I then have to group the data together on the back end.
