We just upgraded to RightNow from Oracle ATG and we are looking for a report on our survey number by question. We use to be able to see the average survey response score by individual question not just the average survey score. Does RightNow have this as an out of the box report or has anyone created a custom report for these numbers? I have attached a screen shot of our old report and how it looked.
