Filtering Planning Tables by Supply Type

Summary: We have a requirement to filter out our tables within a given plan by Supply Type. For Example: We want to be able to see the Material Plan or Resource Plan filtered for just planned orders tied to Forecast, or just tied to Sales Orders. We want to be able to do this toggling within a given plan without adjusting the demand schedule.
