Survey Link throws Access denied Error

Hi,

In our Development Site, we have two interfaces created

1. English

2. German

We have created WebSite Link Survey is created in Primary - English interface. The Survey is linked in the Chat Rule to be displayed in case of Chat completion or CAncellation. It works perfectly fine on English Interface Chat Launch Form.

But on German Interface link, after the Chat is completed, the page redirects to Survey link but throws Access denied Error in German

Zugriff auf die Webseite über dieses Interface nicht möglich.

Could you please help us identify what the issue is ? Do we need to provide visibility of Survey to other interfaces ? I could not find any such permissions in the system.
