Survey color-code

Hello,

I've created a customer survey with a matrix question. The matrix has several questions and 5 choices: Very Satisfied, Satisfied, Neutral, Dissatisfied, Very Dissatisfied.

I was wondering if there is any way to color-code the choices, i.e. have the entire "Very Satisfied" column red, the "Satisfied" column green, the "Neutral" column yellow (for all questions)...

I noticed in the question Display Options that the dark and light background colors are modifiable, but they change by row and not columns. I would like to be able to change these colors by columns.

Is there any way to achieve this?
