I need assistance with screen popup based on customer ANI. So i am in toolbar and get new call from PBX, how I can raise event to rightnow to lookup contact based on ANI number?

BTW

I saw example in Toolkit QuickStart but I don't understand how to create IInteraction interaction from toobar?
