Hi All,

Still have queries

1) Once the SSO is enabled for our interface then how OAM will do the authentication and what is needed for it?

2) Currently agent login to Oracle CX client using the agent desktop client. It has a popup where a agent enters the username and password and then they get the view to perform activity.
