Object event handler not triggered from campaign

Hi all,

We have an Object event handler of type 'Contact' and we are calling it from a campaign. The handler open a report, grabs incident id from the report and open that incident and add new thread to it. It is perfectly working in the test site. But it doesn't appear to be triggered when everything is moved in to production.

What could possibly go wrong?
