Can we filter the User Type (User Roles) to be included in the User Net Change process

Hi,

We are running a User Net-Change process via OOTB from Fusion HCM to Taleo, on the User Type column, the process are also includes User Types that are not going to be use in Taleo. Is there a way to filter out the user type the we only need to be included on the net-change?
