Unable to change some fields on unsaved incident

Using a newly created incident from an add-in (copied from an existing incident including custom fields selected by the agent) [discussion on creation:  https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/23f2d26fb3) the agent is concerned that changed fields prior to save revert to the initial value upon save.



Version May 2015 does not have this occur - the version being implemented is May 2017.
