Hi All,

I want to send mail when the incident Status type is unresolved while saving the incident.

I Have created message template under Unresolved.(See attached screenshot).

But I cant send that mail template without click "Send On Save" button.

Is there any other way to send these message templates without click send on save.

Because my Agents are forgot to press Send On Save button.
