Workspace Addin Social Response Set "Respond as" for Twitter

We have several Social Monitor Twitter accounts setup in the console. We tried using Workspace Rules to automatically set the "Respond as" account to a specific Twitter account but we have not been able to accomplish this. It only shows the Twitter Channel Account and not the individual accounts. Is it possible to use a workspace add in to get to this level of the Channel Accounts?
