ACA Eligibility Process caused duplicate Action Codes to appear with differing dates

We found that the ACA Eligibility Process is duplicating action codes on employees' assignment histories and it's not clear how we would easily query assignment records for specific actual action codes without a lot of one-by-one manual research on each and every employee, just as Oracle Support suggested that we do. We have custom BI Publisher reports that observe specific action codes as well, but now we can't tell which are actual actions and which are simply "duplicated" due to this process being ran. We have over 3,000+ employees where these duplications are happening so manually reviewing employees one-by-one is not a feasible option. We even have some people that have more than one "copy" of the last action code like this because the process is ran
