Need ability to use DTS in new Reports - YTD Current POV -3

Issue with migrating a report feature from old Financial reports to the new Reports, using Dynamic Time Series YTD Offset by - 3.

How to set up member data selection in the new EPM Cloud Reports using Dynamic Time Series, to give results like "Y-T-D as of Relative to Current Point of View for Time Periods offset by -3" in the old Financial Reporting Studio. This did not migrate and I haven't been able to figure out how to set up the equivalent.
