CPM Parse Header of incoming email

Hi all,

I am trying to write CPM that will parse the email that is updating (or creating) the incident, extract a certain text string from it, place it in a custom field and prepend the subject.

This is needed for an interaction we have with another system that requires their ticket numbers to be at the start of the subject.

I am triggering the CPM from a simple business rule.

IF incidents->Email Header match regex MS[0-9]{7} AND incidents->Updated from Techmail THEN Execute OEH

The CPM it is calling is below. From what I can gather, the incoming email headers are stored in the Incident->Thread->MailHeader object, but I am having trouble getting it to do so. My code is below:
