OSMS: Unable to Patch VM Due to Missing Module Stream Updates

Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 8.0 to Oracle Linux 9.3 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [5.15.0] [Release OL8 to OL9U3] 

  

Symptoms 

When trying to update the VM using OSMS, the following errors occur: 

$ sudo yum update 
This system is receiving updates from OSMS server. 
Error:  
 Problem: package samba-common-libs-4.18.6-3.0.1.el8_9.x86_64 from @System requires samba-common = 4.18.6-3.0.1.el8_9, but none of the providers can be installed 
  - cannot install both samba-common-4.18.6-3.0.2.el8_9.noarch from ol8_baseos_latest-x86_64 and samba-common-4.18.6-3.0.1.el8_9.noarch from @System 
  - cannot install both samba-common-4.18.6-3.0.2.el8_9.noarch from ol8_baseos_latest-x86_64 and samba-common-4.18.6-3.0.1.el8_9.noarch from ol8_baseos_latest-x86_64 
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package samba-common-libs-4.18.6-3.0.1.el8_9.x86_64 
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package samba-common-4.18.6-3.0.1.el8_9.noarch (try to add '-skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '-nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
