Report Refresh in Workspace

Hi, 

I have placed Report in the workspace. when I add new record and save the report under the tab not refreshed once new record added. Which settings we need to do to refresh the report autotmatically. And also I want to disable copy, Assign, print button in the report. Attached screen shot.
