Actually I create a Website Link survey to show the pop up survey after closing a chat session, to Website Link survey works correctly we need to enable Allow Anonymous check, if not is checked then you can execute at chat rules and its ok, but what happen when i try to know who answers the survey, when i execute a report about that survey i only see the results, but i also want to see info like email address, incident No, chat_id, anyone has the same trouble? there is a way that i can solve it? Thanks
