Unable to "Open" the attachment

Hi friends,

We have a custom object which has file attachments associated with it. In the workspace we have kept the file attachment relationship object where we are able to add new attachments but the "Open" link on that report is disabled. How can I enable it? Perhaps this might require minimal configuration. Where can I find this report?
