OSMS: Configuration of OSMS fails With Error “This system is not registered with OSMS”

SYMPTOMS

OSMS failing with below error when trying to run the command "yum repolist"

$ yum repolist

Loaded plugins: langpacks, osmsplugin, ulninfo

This system is not registered with OSMS.

OSMS support will be disabled.

$ yum info oracle-cloud-agent
Loaded plugins: langpacks, osmsplugin, ulninfo
This system is not registered with OSMS.
OSMS support will be disabled.
