Conditional Section in Mailing on Incident field

I have set up a transactional mailing for an incident. Now i need to show conditional content in the mailing.

The condition has to be on the incident's field like say Product.

Is it achievable?

The conditional section in the mailings are only based on segments. Segments can have conditions on contact data. I have put a join in the segment of contacts with incidents and then put a product filter in the segment. But this seems to allowing content even when there is some other incident for that contact with the mentioned product. I need to check only for the incident for which the mailing was triggered.
