It seems that when we create a child incident the communication thread area is not in a right format sometimes the response box is at the bottom sometimes at the middle etc.

The other issue is the e-mail notification, it seems that there are a lot of boxes. Is there an option to avoid always copying/duplicate the whole thread over and over again? Because once we reached the limit it will turn into an attachment and customers sometimes don't know what to do. This is also applicable to the parent incident.
