Modify list of values for 'PROPOSED WORKER TYPE' on 'ADD PENDING WORKER' Screen

When we Add pending worker, 2 list of values in 'Proposed worker type' field are shown. But we need only 1 LOV (Employee). Please suggest how we can achieve this. What are the configurations by which only 'Employee' LOV are shown in the Proposed worker type field.
