Edit Standard Forward Email

We have some agents that use the Forward option to send incident to other groups for review.  The issue is this sends every custom field that is possible to the site.   We currently have a few hundred custom fields when you pull in the contact and incident information.   Where would I go to edit this email file so that we can tell what ones to send and what ones not to send.
