Limit Delivery randomly to

Hi Team,

I've tried searching for the answer but can't see anything,

I need to reduce the number of audience to deliver an EDM to 75-90 people.  My audience has been filtered down from 1.5m -> 575k using all the filtering I can think of.

Unfortunately the Limit delivery to a randomly selected subset only allows as low as 1% (5.75k)  I need to go down to 0.02% or be able to set the delivery to a fixed value, is there any way to do this?

Also I thought maybe there was some code/expression that I could reduce the audience down to a random subset in the Segment ui instead, is that a posiblity?
