Image in place of Submit Button

Hi All,

We have a great marketing guru.  He created a really nice looking mailing using an outside product.  He copied the HTML into the mailing object and it looks great.  The problem is that he created a fancy image to encourage the customer to take the next step (ex. an image that entices the user to click here to request a sample).  From what I can see, the main trigger in the campaign side of OSC to go from this mailing to another OSC document is the form "submit" button.  

Has anyone ever replaced the button with a nice image in the HTML?
