Hi ,

We have a WorkSpace AddIn for button click and has some functionalities inside button click. Its working fine in debug mode. But when we place it in WorkSpace and try to check the functionality, When  the button is clicked we are getting the Oracle Service Cloud Error " Index was out of range.Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name:index ",

We are not sure about the error because not even  the first validation is hitting within the scope .please suggest the needfull to clear the error ,Awaiting your Response
