Can I get the last survey score and put in on a contact field ?
I created a survey for scoring the behavior of a contact and put this survey on the contact page in one of the tabs (survey by proxy)
What I want to do is, when the agent finishes the survey, I want to get the score and put the score value in a field under contact.
Under end of survey options, there is an update field value option. I can select the field that I want to update but it gets only absolute values, I can't set the new score of the survey.
Is there a way to update the contact record field with the latest survey score ?
