IF condition of chat rule is not getting field values to pop-up survey

Hi experts

When Chat session completes, I want to start a survey, depending on value of a incident custom field setted during chat_launch by customer. That is, if field value is "A" then launch survey "S_A", if value is "B" then launch suervey "S_B", and so on.

For doing that, I started configuring two surveys, activating option allow anonymous in both cases like described here. See "Survey - AR_ABONO.png" and "Survey - AR_VENTAS.png" pictures.
Then, I configured chat rules as you can see in pictures "S01.Start Rule.png" and "S02.In progress Rule.png".
