Not able to send response to facebook posts

Hi All,
I have created a facebook fan page and the same has been configured in channels in CRM. I have posted some sample posts and got those into CRM (searched through cloud monitoring). Incidents created for those posts and responded too from incident editor (channel as facebook).
But I didn't get these posts back to facebook.
When I checked in incident, the response is queued for facebook as in the attached screenshot.
Kindly help me with your ideas...
