With this post, we are covering all existing User Interface capabilities for Extensibility Framework. In this post, you will find how to create a Global Header Menu combined with Modal.

Global Header Menu is located on the right-hand-side next by your user initials icon. With Global Header menu you can deliver quick navigation. In this example, we are using global header menu to invoke a Modal so that you can understand two different methods of BUI Extensibility Framework. If you read another post about popup, you will see a similarity between modal and popup; however, these two options can deliver different user experience and might be combined better depending on your use case. In short, the main difference between popup and modal is to how each one dealing with the UI. Modal overlay an element over focused content farcing the user to deal with the action, and the popup is a new window where the user might want to take action. We have put both side-by-side so you can have a visual example.

Howdy, Stranger!
