Mail Message attachment missing
I've written some PHP with the Connect API to prepare an email message with an attachment and send. When the script sends the email the attachment is added to the Incident (as it should) however the attachment is not included with the Email sent out
On the Incident Thread
- The file attachment is present on the Incident Attachment Tab
- The Email is recorded in the thread with the attachment
- The attachment is not sent with the Email, and the attachment on the Email in the Incident thread is recorded as: "Added to incident, but not sent"
I can't spot on the API where I can force the Attachment to be sent and not just attached to the incident - can anyone help?
