Auto Response for Surveys

I have a transaction survey that gets triggered to send from incident rule based on some condition that is set in an incident. In the survey invitation Reply-To headers, I have "d[email protected]" for From and "[email protected]" for Reply-To.
Both are dummy emails because I don't want customer to reply to it. If a customer reply to the survey invitation however, I want it to respond with an auto email and not create any incident or append to existing incident.
How do I do this?
