Hi,

I’m looking to Exclude "Customer Entry" by proxy from the message templates as we don’t want this part of an email thread to be sent out to our customers(I’m basically looking to replicate the same behaviour as that of a Private Note).

Is it possible to make this amendment in any of the source code? If so it would be great if someone could advise how!
