Hi All,

I have an requirement to use interaction workspace for BUI chat, so i just copied the standard one and created custom also assigned to my profile in the "Interaction Browser".

What i need now is, I have to focus the incident tab when an agent accept the chat instead of interaction one. How can i achieve this.

Also can we use interaction in Workflow? How?
