BUI extension to open new browser control on button click

Hi All,

I have a requirement to open a new browser control on a separate tab when a user click  button in the incident workspace.

I created button using the post of https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/50b8ddb64d.

Can anyone help me after that how we can open the browser control in a separate tab please.
