How does the Manager Type filter work in Redwood My Team > Learning page?

Summary:

After selecting the Manager Type > Line Manager filter, we're seeing that the results just display learners who are reporting under the manager, not line managers. Additionally, we're seeing a figure beside the filter which is the total number of learning assignments displayed on the page. After selecting the filter, the total learning assignments displayed changed, but the figure beside the filter did not.

Has anyone tested this functionality? What's the logic behind the usage of this filter?
