SLA rules to drive project costs transfer transactions

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to write custom account derivation rules for project cost transfers from one project to other. I was hoping to find a "transaction type" or "adjustment type" source in SLA sources but unfortunately could not find any suitable SLA source to use as a condition on my account derivation rules.

Below is what I am trying to achieve.

1. Project cost transfer is performed on an expenditure item on project A (to project B)
2. This creates a negative expenditure item on project A and a new expenditure item project B
3. Accounting rules needs to be written with the IF conditions to identify the two new expenditure items created as a result of transfer and then apply the custom accounting rule.
