Hi,

When we assign an incident from one agent to the other, let's say Agent A re-assigns incident to Agent b. So an email notification is sent to Agent B that incident has been assigned to him/her.
So how can we manage that this notification is sent to how many agents and whom? I want to send this re-assigned notifications to multiple agents.
