Include Assigned Account First Name in Survey Question

I am trying to personalize a closed incident survey question with the first name of the assigned account associated with the incident.  Unfortunately, it appears that adding the assigned account field from the incidents table is the only option available in the merge fields and this combines first/last names of the staff account.  

Example:  "Were you satisfied with your customer service agent, *first name*?

I know that I can strip the last name from the assigned account field via javascript, but then the information is still available in the browser console should someone want to seek it out.
