We are currently having an issue with users not logging out of the agent console all the way before turning off their computers.   This is driving up the stats of our concurrent license usage.     We have added the inactivity configuration in each profile, but because the user is improperly logged out prior to hitting this threshold the time continues to count.     Wondering if anyone has any suggestions or creative ways to overcome this issue?
