Workspace Rules Triggering From Staff Account Custom Field

Hi all,

So I came up with an idea to control access to incidents based on Yes/No fields in a staff account, rather than have a countless list of all the various kinds of roles for every possible permutation. That list would number in the hundreds!

This way I can group all of our queues under a yes/no access per individual, and if one requires access to a another area (let's say VIP incidents) due to training etc, then all I would have to do is change that field to Yes. No messing around creating another profile, assigning, making sure it is ticked in the correct rules and all the reports are assigned. Plus all the other small annoyances that comes with it.
