Hi All,

I have an issue with password reset as when i click "Reset My Password" button in customer portal "app/utils/account_assistance" i did not get email.

but i have enabled the option of "Contact Password Reset" option in message template.

also i get email of password reset when i click "Reset Password" in Agent Desktop.

Anybody help me why i am not receiving for customer Portal.
