Hi,

Outreach query - If I try to use the data import wizard to contact a customer that appears in the CSV file more than once, it will never let you contact all 4 for example as per upload. You have to click on ignore for the duplicate records.

How can we proceed to be able to contact all 4 in one mailing please?
