Hi All - we have embedded a website within our agent desktop when we navigate to the site it renders but upon login we get the following error message on a blank page: 

"Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://XXXX again. If this error persists, contact your site administrator. It is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or tighter suite such as RC4 which is not considered secure. 

Has anyone else experienced this? I think the browser forces IE 11 compat. mode?
