ORA_PER_EXT_IDENTIFIER_TYPES Tags for specific Countries

Summary:

We want to enable the Country TAG in the lookup ORA_PER_EXT_IDENTIFIER_TYPES, so that employees within business units located in different countries will only be able to see the Person Identifiers for External Applications corresponding to their country.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Currently we have defined some Person Identifiers for External Applications that are used only by Poland. However, users from other countries are also able to see the Person Identifiers for Poland as the tag is not enable, all the users are able to see all External Identifiers for other countries.
