Display incident thread side to side on BUI like on console?

Hello everyone!

Currently on our incident editor we have a "Messages" tab where we placed a "Rich Text Incident Thread" element. The way it is shown is a box on the left to create a new entree and on the right a box with the Thread History.

When I go to our BUI the "new entree" box is on top and the the thread history on the bottom.

Is there a way to make the BUI look like the console?
