report type journey task but with filters to choose from

If you have a trip with a report task on workers' vacations, is there a way for the report to appear in the filters, or is the behavior always that it appears in PDF?

The report task needs to be able to obtain the filters so that the line manager can search for the worker he or she wants and the report will be released. Is this possible in Journey?
